The POC radio (digital mobile radio) solution is an intelligent communication terminal based on the AMBE vocoder. It relies on cellular mobile communication networks (4G/5G) to achieve low-latency, high-quality voice communication, while also supporting functions such as text messaging and image transmission. This solution is oriented towards the new 3C digital technologies: Connect, Control, and Convergence, enabling ultra-long-distance public network trunking communication and command dispatching. It is highly suitable for group communication scenarios over large areas, such as logistics transportation, engineering operations, and taxi services.

 

 

This solution adopts AMBE vocoder technology. The low bit rate, high voice quality, and high robustness of the AMBE vocoder ensure that users can still obtain a clear and smooth calling experience even when located at the edge of signal coverage areas.

PoC digital mobile radios are essential communication tools for convoy operations. The built-in satellite positioning system and 4G module can upload vehicle location, working status, and other information to the dispatch center in real time. Each radio unit has a unique device ID, allowing the dispatch center to call vehicles with specific IDs to achieve timely, rapid, cross-regional command, management, and dispatch; users can also call back or actively contact the dispatch center.
